Guido Amati

As R&D Project Portfolio Management, Technology Roadmapping at Pirelli Tyres, Guido is in charge of management of R&D project portfolio and financing programs, as well as the project of introduction of a ‘social’ collaborative enterprise intranet platform for R&D projects and professional communities. He has previously been in charge of production and industrialization planning of the MIRS robotized production system. He obtained a cum laude Masters degree in Innovation and Knowledge Transfer (MIT), held by MIP – Politecnico di Milano and AREA Science Park (Trieste), discussing the project work: “Development of a Technology Roadmapping Process: the case of Pirelli Tyre”. The target of the two-year program is to offer specialized advanced training on innovation, R&D, projects, intellectual property, technology and knowledge transfer management. Guido also has a degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, including courses from Bocconi University – Milan.
