Nadine Roijakkers

Prof. Dr. Nadine Roijakkers is full professor of Open Innovation at the Faculty of Beta Sciences, Open Universiteit.

Her career has encompassed diverse roles: Director of the Teaching & Learning Center at Open Universiteit, Associate Professor at Hasselt University directing the Master of Management program, and Executive Business Consultant at Atos, specializing in alliance governance and innovation management.

Nadine is currently Chair of Open Innovation at Beta Sciences, where she leads strategic initiatives that bridge academia and industry. In addition to academic responsibilities, Nadine serves as a Thesis Advisor at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and contributes to the Research Committee at Beta Sciences. As part of her advisory board roles at Alkemio and Politie Nederland she provides strategic guidance on collaborative strategies. Nadine is also on the board of SharePower, a foundation committed to empowering women in the Limburg region by enhancing their societal, economic, and political positions.

Nadine has published extensively on alliance management and open innovation in esteemed journals such as the British Journal of Management and Research Policy; she has also co-edited influential works like “Researching Open Innovation in Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises” and contributed to the “Encyclopedia of Cooperative Strategy” by Edward Elgar.
