RADMA scholar Dr. Yanze Liang gained support for his research: “Chinese Multinationals, Strategic Asset-Seeking M&As and Post-Acquisition Innovation Performance”. In 2022 he was awarded a PhD in International Business from the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester
Yanze is now an Assistant Professor in Management and Director of Undergraduate Programmes at Nottingham University Business School China.

Yanze Liang’s research sits at the intersection of international business and strategic management, with a focus on emerging-market multinational enterprises, cross-border acquisitions, political embeddedness, innovation, divestment, and firms’ responses to geopolitical change.
His work has been published in Journal of World Business, Journal of International Management, and International Journal of Emerging Markets.
Yanze serves on the Editorial Board of International Business Review and reviews for journals including Journal of World Business, British Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Policy, Journal of International Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Management and Organization Review, and International Business Review.
