Wim Vanhaverbeke

Wim Vanhaverbeke is Professor of Digital Strategy and Transformation at the University of Antwerp and Antwerp Management School (Belgium), and Editor in Chief of Technovation.

In his ongoing research, he places a central emphasis on the dynamic landscape of digital strategy and transformation ecosystem management, exploring facets such as OI and innovative business models. His scholarly contributions are notable, with publications in various international journals. He co-edited with Henry Chesbrough and Joel West two books on OI. Additionally, he has authored two works specifically addressing open innovation within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Wim also offers his services as a sought-after speaker and consultant, with engagements spanning the spectrum of digital strategy and transformation, innovation ecosystem management and policy, and open innovation.
